Nestled in the tall trees of Dunedin sits a wonderfully renovated mid-century inspired kitchen. Rimu joinery throughout the home was a key consideration during colour selections, reflective in the use of NZ Panels Prime Rimu in a Woodgrain finish. Contrasting this is the soft-matt Prime Devious navy panels on the base cabinets and bright Caesarstone benchtops in Seafoam. Other key design elements include the handleless cabinetry, floor to ceiling sliding door pantry, flush-mount cooktop and designated servery bench with LED tasking lighting. The height scale is emphasised by carrying the upper cabinets right to the ceiling, and the open, floating shelves ensure the space doesn’t feel overbearing.
